    Description

1956 Jackie Robinson Signed Artvue Hall of Fame Plaque (Type 2) Postcard, PSA/DNA NM-MT 8. The Major League's first black ballplayer was likewise the first to cross Cooperstown's color line, and here we present his highly collectible Artvue black and white postcard picturing the bronze prize for his brilliance. Robinson's beautiful ball-point ink signature and "Best wishes" salutation appears in the white margin below, creating the standard by which all other Jackie plaques should be judged. A real gem here. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA, NM-MT 8.

Guide Value or Estimate: $3,000 - up.
