Description

1954 Napoleon Lajoie Twice Signed Newspaper Clipping. Napoleon Lajoie had settled into his retirement when presented this newspaper rendering (6x10") for a signature. True to form, Nap exceeded expectations when he signed this offering on the front but also on a reverse photo. The Hall of Famer strategically placed "To Dick Evans" and dated the penning "6-4-54" on front. His reverse signature also includes a date. Each of the pennings is 9/10 and in blue ballpoint. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
