1951 Pie Traynor "Baseball's Greatest Lineup" Presentational Certificate. Like the Honus Wagner model likewise presented within this Signature auction, the offered certificate dates to a 1951 banquet honoring the greatest ballplayers of the twentieth century's first half. The Pittsburgh Pirates were well represented at the event, as Traynor joined the Old Dutchman to complete the left infield with a third baseman's honorary nod. This certificate naming Traynor as the hot corner's best is autographed by the voting sportswriters, legendary manager Connie Mack, and super agent Christy Walsh. Size is 12x16", and condition is splendid, with minor edge toning the only point to mention. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.Auction Info
