    Description

    1941-43 World Series Press Pins (New York Yankees) Lot of 3. Note the difference between the 1941 example and those from 1942 and 1943. Pearl Harbor is responsible for that. War-time rationing necessitated simpler aesthetics for the later pins, though they're even more beautiful to collectors who realize just how tough these are due to an abridged supply. Each remains in splendid condition with original threaded post and nut on verso.
