    Description

1940's Herb Pennock Signed Index Card. On January 30, 1948, the Hall of Fame ace collapsed in the lobby of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in Manhattan and was pronounced dead upon his arrival at Midtown hospital. He'd be inducted posthumously at Cooperstown later that year. Here his black ink signature registers at 9/10 on a blank 3x5" index card. The first we've offered in this format. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA.
