1939 Red Ruffing All-Star Game Presentational Tie Clasp. Red Ruffing's magical run of consecutive twenty-game winning seasons swelled to four as he notched twenty-one victories against only seven setbacks in 1939. Along the way he was gifted this All-Star Game tie clasp for his participation in the Midsummer Classic. "All Star Game American League" is captured around the base paths while "1939 New York" is centered around a baseball on front. "Ruffing" is engraved on the reverse although it is partially obstructed by the application of the backing. Four diamonds represent the bases.
