1938 Red Ruffing All-Star Game Presentational Tie Clasp. Red Ruffing's twenty-one wins established a high mark in 1938 for the Hall of Famer which he did equal a year later. For his first half brilliance, Ruffing received his second All-Star nod in '38. The righty was given this tie clasp as a memento. "All Star Game American League Cincinnati 1938" is presented on the face. The inner half has "Charles Ruffing 10 Karat Dieges & Clust" etched in. Fully functional and EX/MT.
