    Description

1935 Babe Ruth Signed Check. Just two weeks after hanging up his mighty Louisville Slugger for good, the Babe used this personal check to direct $119 to "Winifred Brown." All ink, including the authorizing signature, are in Ruth's 9+/10 black fountain pen ink. Highly desirable personal check format has faint vertical center fold line and original bank punch coding which remain clear of his autograph. A particularly fine example of a hobby essential. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from SGC Authentic.
