Description

1932 "'Lou Gehrig's Official Plaball" Game. This 1930s baseball game was designed for tabletop play and utilizes a chute through which a ball can be projected onto the wooden playing field. Several pegs are inserted into the board which are designed to alter the course of the ball. Endorsed by Lou Gehrig, the game not only bears his name but also sports his likeness in the outfield. Some staining and minor cracks due to age are apparent, coming to an overall grade of G-VG. Measures 18x18".
