1930's-60's Baseball Correspondence Lot of 43. Much of this collection derives from the Dodgers archives with letters addressed to general manager Buzzie Bavasi and owner Walter O'Malley. There are several Negro League letters too, mainly dating from just after Major League integration. All letters are on team letterhead, with some of the more interesting signers including Syd Pollock, Dan Topping, Lee MacPhail and a secretarial Eddie Collins letter on the topic of turning double plays. Pages exhibit original mailing folds but no other concerns of note. Ink averages 9/10.
