1925 World Series Press Pin (Pittsburgh Pirates). Presenting a NRMT appearance to the naked eye, this scarce and gorgeous relic recalling the World Championship glory days of Traynor, Cuyler and Carey requires magnification in order to reveal a few scattered instances of surface scratching. The enamel remains complete and uncracked, however, and the golden plating is only lightly worn at the edges. Most importantly, as this tends to be a problem with most specimens from the small surviving supply, the original "Whitehead & Hoag" stamped nut remains on verso. Certainly among the finest surviving examples of this tough pin.
