1925 Herb Pennock Check Signed by Pennock, Ed Barrow and Jacob Ruppert. The eleventh and final Beantown regular sent by Harry Frazee to the Bronx was a tall, lanky Pennsylvania Quaker named Herb Pennock. Offered here is The Squire of Kennett Square's 1925 Yankees payroll check ("The American League Base Ball Club") signed in steel-tip black fountain pen by owner Jacob Ruppert (9.5/10) and general manager Ed Barrow (8.5/10) on the front and Pennock (8/10 with bank punch hole stamping) on the back. Exhibits customary center fold and one surface crease but displays well. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
