1924 Johnny Evers Signed Book to Ray Schalk, PSA/DNA NM-MT 8. One Chicago-based Hall of Famer salutes another on an opening blank page of Evers' 1910 first edition of "Touching Second." That presentation came fourteen years after the publication of this hardcover volume, reading, "To my friend Ray Schalk, White Sox Ball Club, March 15, 1924, John J. Evers." His black ink is a thunderous 9+/10. Book is missing dust jacket and exhibits general handling and storage wear, but is firmly bound and free of any condition issues of significance.
