    Description

1923 Yankee Stadium Seat. Close your eyes and picture in your mind the sheer volume of historic events that an original Old Yankee Stadium seat saw. Likely from the mid-1970's stadium renovation sale, this seat remains exactly as it was during its days of service for all those events. The Yankee blue overcoat of the paint gives way in a beautiful mottled pattern to reveal an earlier turquoise coat underneath. The wrought iron sides are similarly and charmingly worn, with proper oxidation. All wood remains solid and unbroken, although currently dismantled. Number on the top slat is missing. So much more desirable than the repainted, reworked seats much more commonly seen in the hobby, this is just like it was when it was pulled out of the stadium. Seat is currently disassembled and lacking screws, but these would be simple to replace.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
