1920's-30's House of David Baseball Broadsides Lot of 3. The fans came for the baseball and stayed for the proselytizing. The hirsute House of David was one of the most active barnstorming outfits of the early twentieth century, and here we find three broadsides advertising their impending arrival at Kelso, Colorado (2) and Hot Springs, Arkansas. Most notable is an example that features an image of Frank Frisch, Babe Didrikson and Bucky Harris, promising that Didrikson will start as the HOD's pitcher. Each cardstock broadside exhibits expected wear from public display but still presents well. Two were used as scrapbook pages after their display and thus have period clippings affixed to verso that are not visible upon display. All measure within a few inches of 11x23".
