    Description

1917 Jacob Ruppert & Roger Bresnahan Signed Player Transfer. While the "William Hamilton" whose contract is being transferred from the Yankees to the Toledo Iron Men is not the "Sliding" Hall of Famer, the two men who sign their agreement to this covenant are indeed Cooperstown immortals. Jacob Ruppert, of course, was the longtime owner of the Bronx Bombers, arguably even more essential to the approaching decades of dominance than the great Babe Ruth he purchased. Roger Bresnahan signs as manager of the Toledo squad, though his bronze plaque was earned behind the plate for the Giants, Cardinals and Cubs. Ruppert rates a perfect 10/10, while Bresnahan is a point or two less bold. Transfer document is in fine condition, with original storage folds. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
