1904 Hughie Jennings Signed Album Page. Ee-yah!! We were never really sure what that meant, but we'll be darned if we didn't shout it out when we encountered this rare autograph, incredibly predating his years as manager of the Detroit Tigers. The "'04" notation pegs the signature to the year Jennings dropped out of Cornell Law School to manage the Baltimore Orioles, the team he'd represented during the glorious Championship seasons of 1894-96. His blue fountain pen signature rates a magnificent 9/10, with an autograph on the verso of the page (approximately 3.75x5") barely visible behind it. The album page is accompanied by a 1924 photo (G-VG) of Jennings during his time filling in for John McGraw as manager of the New York Giants. That photo measures 8x6".
