Circa 1974 Reggie Jackson Game Worn Oakland Athletics Cap. Before Reggie Jackson stirred the drink in New York, he was the main man in Oakland. The lefty was at the middle of some imposing lineups for Charlie Finley's powerhouse teams of the 1970's. This "New Era" cap (size undecipherable) was worn near the end of Mr. October's run in Oakland. The memento originated from the extensive collection of Barry Halper. Acceptable use is showcased inside. Jackson signed on in 8/10 ink and "9" is written for player identification on the underside. The bill is creased in one spot. LOA from Sothebys-Halper. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA (autograph). Auction LOA from SGC Authentic (autograph).
