2000 Mike Piazza World Series Game Worn Cap. Few baseball fans will forget the 2000 Subway Series that pitted the New York Mets against the Yankees. One of the lasting moments of that Fall Classic was the bizarre moment when Roger Clemens hurled a broken bat in his direction. Here we present a black Mets cap that Piazza wore during that series, complete with the World Series logo at the left side. Light wear is apparent in the form of some soiling in the headband and under side of the brim. A black sharpie "31" has been written on the inside of the size 7 1/2 cap.
