    Description

Vintage 1958-62 Hartland Statue - Willie Mays, Orange Trim. Produced between 1958-1962, the Original 18 Hartland Statues provided collectors with high-quality representations of their favorite ballplayers. The hand-painted 8" statues depicted some of the greatest players of the era. This presentation offers: Willie Mays making his signature basket catch. There is no evidence of restoration or repairs. The paint has just a couple scuff marks on his cap and shoes. The uniform is near-white, jersey lettering is surrounded by orange paint. This example stands upright without issue and shows glue residue and surface scarring under the feet.
