Circa 1975 Carlton Fisk Game Used & Signed Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9. The man who authored the most dramatic moment in New England sports history exuded a unique brand ruggedness and stubbornness of which endeared him to Boston fans. Pudge's ash (wax finish) Adirondack 361B measures 34", weighs 30.4 ounces and dates to around the time of his memorable blast. John Taube's letter of provenance states "Circa 1975" as the labeling period.The slightly cracked (handle) lumber shows excellent use with ball marks and stitch impressions on all areas of the barrel. Some checking appears on the back barrel from Pudge making repeated contact. The handle crack is secured with white athletic tape. "27" is written on the knob in thick black marker.
