    Description

Circa 1956 Bobby Thomson Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 8. He authored the most famous home run in the history of our national pastime in 1951, and the offered signature model Adirondack 185A finds that pennant-winning hero as a member of the Milwaukee Braves about five years later. The bat exhibits strong game use, with ball marks, stitch impressions and rack streaks. Handle is uncracked. Length is thirty-five inches (35"), weight thirty-two ounces (32.1 oz.). Some depressions on upper barrel are not related to game use. Fewer than ten Thomson gamers have been traded on the hobby's major auction block in the twenty-first century. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 8.
