2010-11 Game Used Charles Bat Company Bat - Attributed to & Signed by Bryce Harper During His Earliest of Professional Days. Bryce Harper burst onto the national scene when he was bestowed the ultimate honor - the coveted cover of Sports Illustrated. The world now knew of the protege who would lead baseball for the next two decades. Used when Harper was playing with the Class A Hagerstown Stars is this Charleston Bat Company bat - the purveyor of wooden bats for the league. Heavy use is associated with the stick (34" and 32.4 ounces) as ball marks, stitch impressions rack marks are visible throughout. The original owner was presented the cracked stick from Harper personally. Harper signed (10/10) the barrel in blue felt tip and included a bible verse. We must report Harper's name is not engraved on the barrel end or is his number written either, thus we can only attribute the use to him. A detailed letter signed by bat expert Mike Specht will attend. A PSA/DNA sticker authenticates the autograph. "CBC 34" 32.4 oz 7-21-18" is written on the knob in thin felt tip. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
