2009 Miguel Cabrera Game Used Bat, MLB Authentication & PSA/DNA GU 9.5--Used to Record Hit #1,054 Miggy used during the 2009 campaign when the Motor City first sacker placed fourth in league MVP race after recording thirty-four homers, 103 RBI, a .324 batting average and a .547 slugging average. Furthermore, the bat was used to register career hit number 1,054.

Phoenix Bats model number "24" measures 34.0 inches in length and weighs 31.9 ounces. Exhibits evidence of outstanding use, including a cracked handle, ball marks, ball stitch impressions, blue ink transfers, cleat marks and a light coat of pine tar. Cabrera's number ("24") and Tigers weight code ("+..") both appear on the knob in black marker. Furthermore, the mark on the handle identifies the face grain of the bat and is a mandatory marking, per MLB, for all maple bats since 2009.
