2004 Alex Rodriguez Game Used Bat. In perhaps the biggest signing in Yankees history since the Babe in 1920, the reigning American League MVP took to the pinstripes in 2004, using this Old Hickory KG1 bat in his first Bronx campaign. Excellent use is clearly evident in the ball and stitch marks that dot the barrel, along with an assortment of gouges from the spikes on A-Rod's shoes. A light coating of pine tar and a small crack are in evidence on the handle. The tale of the tape: thirty-four inches and thirty and one half ounces. A fine example of a bat that will someday boast Cooperstown credentials. LOA Malta & Taube.
