    Description

2004 Alex Rodriguez Game Used & Signed Home Run #351 Bat, PSA/DNA GU 10. The first year in pinstripes for the quarter-billion dollar man. This impressive lumber launched the sixth homer he'd hit for the Yanks, a game-tying solo shot in the top of the ninth inning at Oakland on May 5, 2004. Later that inning, Tony Clark would double home Posada with the game-winner.

A-Rod's signature model Louisville Slugger C271 exhibits excellent game use with some nice ball marks and cleat divots on the barrel and a good coating of Mota stick on the uncracked handle. We also find rack streaks and the impression from a weighted donut. Length is just short of thirty-three and a half inches (33.375") and weight an even thirty-one ounces (31 oz.). Silver sharpie signature on the barrel is notated, "Game Used 2004, HR 6, Career 351, 5-5-04" with 9/10 strength. Rodriguez' personal authenticating holographic sticker is affixed to barrel. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 10. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
