1988 Mike Schmidt Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9.5. There is a argument that Mike Schmidt was as accomplished a fielder as he was a hitter. Most sluggers aren't capable of grabbing 10 Gold Glove awards like Schmidt did. A year after he joined the 500 home run club, Schmidt swung this Adirondack bat - 35" and 32 ounces. Schmidt used the uncracked lumber during his final full big league season of 1988. Outstanding use is showcased with a plethora of ball and stitch marks on the back barrel. Cleat marks along with red and blue bat streaks add a dose of personality. The knob has "32" (weight) and "20" (uniform number) written while "154 A 149 8" is punched in. Moderate pine tar application is visible on the handle. Schmidt sealed the deal with an 8/10 felt tip signature and "All My Best" salutation. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.5. Full LOA from PSA/DNA (autograph).
