Description
1988 Goose Gossage Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9. With his intimidating mustache, Goose Gossage could strike the fear of God into the opposition. Every so often the reliever would have to grab a Louisville Slugger and make his way to the plate. The Hall of Famer used this Louisville Slugger model Y30 bat (34" and 29 ounces) bat in 1988 when he called the Windy City home.The bat has a moderate handle crack but shows great overall use. A spattering of black ink transfers and ball marks are on the back barrel. "Gossage" is etched into the barrel end in plain block. "54 Y30" is written on knob and cupped end in black marker. LOA from PSA/DNA GU 9.
