1986 Kirby Puckett Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9. Don't let his small stature fool you, Kirby Puckett could hit with the best of them. The Minnesota Twins wouldn't have sniffed a World Series without the services of their leader. Puckett used this Louisville Slugger model C243 bat (34.5" and 33.9 ounces) when he was punishing the baseball in 1986. The 1986 season was remarkable in the fact Puckett made his first All-Star team and was a Gold Glover. Excellent use is showcased on the uncracked lumber with blue and black transfer marks on the back barrel and light checking from repeated contact. A healthy dose of pine tar is secured on the handle while "34" takes residence on the knob. The end is cupped. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.
