Description
1986-89 Keith Hernandez & Dwight Gooden Game Issued Bats Lot of 2 from The Gary Carter Collection. It is common knowledge teammates trade their game items. Gary Carter was able to secure game bats from two of this most talked about buddies. Dwight Gooden was issued this Louisville Slugger model M253 bat (35" and 31.9 ounces) in 1986. The uncracked bat shows no use. Keith Hernandez grabbed the offered Louisville Slugger model C271 bat (34.25" and 32.5 ounces) from the bat rack and gifted it to Carter. Hernandez signed on in 8/10 black felt tip. Uncracked with a cupped end. Letter of provenance from Sandy Carter. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
