1985 Ryne Sandberg Game Used Bat. Few second basemen have wielded the lumber better than did this most recent inductee to Baseball's Hall of Fame, and the offered signature model Louisville Slugger B267 is a strong indicator of this fact. Tremendous use is clearly evident with the dark ball strikes and deeply imbedded stitch marks coating the barrel, and the barely visible hairline crack at the handle, which is wrapped with pine tar stained grip tape. Both knob and barrel end are inscribed in black marker "23 B267." Length and weight are thirty-three and three-quarter inches and thirty-two ounces respectively. This was Sandberg's preferred model for the entirety of the 1985 season, which saw him club twenty-six home runs while maintaining an impressive .305 average. A 10/10 blue sharpie signature on the barrel adds the inscription "HOF 2005." About as good as Sandberg gamers get. MEARS A8. LOA from PSA/DNA.
