    1984 Era Detroit Tigers Game Used Bats Lot of 14. After leading the Big Red Machine to World Championship glory in 1975 and 1976, Hall of Fame manager Sparky Anderson clawed his way back to the top of the mountain this season in the Motor City, where the Tigers swept all three home games to conclude the 1984 World Series at four games to one.

    These fourteen bats were used by members of Detroit's last World Series winning team. Each bat shows appropriate use and has a PSA/DNA letter. A few are graded. Included are: 1.) 1984 Larry Herndon Adirondack model 326A bat - 34.75" and 31 ounces. The uncracked bat shows excellent use. 2.) 1993 Alan Trammell Louisville Slugger model K48 bat - 34.5" and 30.1 ounces. There is a slight handle crack. Ball marks and slight checking are on the barrel. Graded PSA/DNA GU 9. 3.) 1984 Howard Johnson Louisville Slugger model C243 bat - 34" and 31.5 ounces. There is a crack on the back barrel. Good use shown. 4.) 1984 Lance Parrish Louisville Slugger model 432A bat - 34.75" and 33.8 ounces. "13" is written on the knob, and there is a crack. Great use on the back barrel. 5.) 1984-85 Barbaro Garbey Louisville Slugger model R43 bat - 34.25" and 31.1 ounces. The handle has a light crack. Great use throughout. 6.) 1984-86 Dave Bergman Louisville Slugger model S2 bat - 34.5" and 32 ounces. Checking and ball marks are on the back barrel of the uncracked bat. 7.) 1984-88 Darrell Evans Worth model WC118 bat - 35" and 33.3 ounces. Good use is shown, and there is a handle crack. 8.) 1983-86 Johnny Grubb Louisville Slugger model S2 bat - 34.5" and 29.3 ounces. Good use visible with a handle crack. 9.) 1983 Ruppert Jones Louisville Slugger model P725 bat - 35" and 32.5 ounces. "32" is on the knob. A handle crack is apparent. John Taube classifies the use as "outstanding." 10.) 1983-85 Marty Castillo Louisville Slugger model T141 bat - 35" and 31.5 ounces. Uncracked with outstanding use. 11.) 1984-88 Tom Brookens Worth model WC42 bat - 34" and 31.1 ounces. The back barrel has a number of contact marks. Pine tar is visible on the handle which is cracked. 12.) 1984-88 Kirk Gibson Worth model WC137 bat - 35" and 31.1 ounces. Uncracked, with outstanding use and an abundance of cleat marks. 13.) 1983-86 Chet Lemon Louisville Slugger model K48 bat - 34.5" and 30.2 ounces. The uncracked bat shows good use. 14.) 1991-95 Lou Whitaker Louisville Slugger model K48 bat - 35" and 29.8 ounces. Uncracked with great use. PSA/DNA graded this uncracked lumber PSA/DNA GU 10. LOA from PSA/DNA, Authentic.
