1983 Jim Rice Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9.

UPDATE: This bat is a Louisville Slugger R206. The model number is incorrectly stated in the printed catalog text.

His long-overdue Hall of Fame induction came twenty years after his 1989 retirement from a Red Sox team to whom he dedicated sixteen seasons of elite service. Signature model Louisville Slugger R206 exhibits solid use from the Fenway favorite who took two-thirds of the American League Triple Crown this year (39 home runs, 126 RBI's). Ball marks, stitch impressions and light grain checking appears on the barrel, while the uncracked handle is carefully scored for grip. Number "14" appears in vintage marker on knob. Length is thirty-five inches (35"), weight thirty-three ounces (33 oz.). LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.
