1982 Reggie Jackson Game Used Bat. This season would mark the return of Mr. October to the west coast, where he took up arms with the California Angels and led the American League in homers for the fourth and final time with thirty-nine. The heavy grain swelling on the back barrel of this Adirondack 288RJ strongly suggests that one or two (or more) of those dingers was launched from its surface before a handle crack put the bat out to pasture. Length is thirty-four and a half inches; weight is thirty-four ounces. Ball, stitch and bat rack marks are scattered throughout. A top-tier example of an essential Hall of Fame bat, rating PSA/DNA GU 7.5. Silver sharpie signature on the barrel is 9+/10. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 7.5. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA (autograph). Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication (autograph).
