1982-83 Rod Carew Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9.5. Even in his late-thirties, this Hall of Fame legend remained one of the most potent offensive weapons in the American League, finishing third (.319) and second (.339) during the two seasons this signature model Louisville Slugger F147 was ordered by Carew. The experts at PSA/DNA characterize game use as "outstanding," referencing ball marks, stitch impressions, two tones of bat rack streaks and moderate pine tar on the lightly-cracked handle. Length is thirty-four and a half inches (34.5"), weight just over thirty-one ounces (31.1 oz.). Number "29" appears on the knob in vintage black marker. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.5.
