1980-83 Carl Yastrzemski Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 7.5. Louisville Slugger signature model K48 was ordered by the Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer during his final seasons at Fenway, exhibiting the kind of punishment one would expect from a guy who made it over ninety percent of the way to 500 Home Run Club membership. Significant barrel checking ultimately led to cracking both here and at the handle, and both ball and cleat marks are visible in the grain. Length thirty-four and a half inches, weight thirty-one ounces. Number "8" in vintage marker on the knob. Barrel is signed in 9+/10 black sharpie with a "T.C. 1967" notation. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 7.5. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA (autograph).
