1977-79 Rod Carew Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 7. Rod Carew's seven batting crowns and 3,000 hits confirmed his title as the greatest batsman of the 1970's, a decade in which he hit an unworldly .343.

On offer here is a Carew gamer from 1977-79, a period when he hit .351 with two batting crowns and an MVP award. This also covers the year he hit .388. While the H&B C243 model exhibits only light wear, most likely from sustaining a cracked handle (since masterfully repaired with four nails) early in its lifespan, pine tar remnants and a red bat rack mark are both clearly visible on the handle. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 7.
