1977-79 Reggie Jackson Game Used Bat. The chants of "Reg-gie! Reg-gie!" will still bring a tingle to the spine of any Yankees fan alive during the late 1970's when Jackson was earning his "Mr. October" moniker with his World Series heroics. As such, the presented Adirondack 288RJ borders on being a religious artifact for many a Big Apple fan and collector. This was no wallflower to the proceedings either, exhibiting light grain separation on the back barrel from its punishing use in the hands of the Hall of Fame slugger. Ball, stitch, cleat and back rack marks adorn the blond ash throughout. Uncracked. Length of thirty-four and one half inches and weight of thirty-three ounces perfectly match Jackson's ordering records, and the vintage number "44" on the knob furthers the appeal, accounting for the final grade of PSA/DNA GU 8.5. LOA from PSA/DNA.
