1977-78 Willie Stargell Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 10 - Only 7 on PSA/DNA Pop Report. Pops remains one of the most beloved superstars ever to wear the bumblebee cap, a genuine icon to the baseball fans of Pittsburgh. This Hillerich & Bradsby model P89 (35" and 33.5 ounces) piece of lumber most likely delivered a few baseballs into the cheap seats. John Taube's analysis reveals "evidence of outstanding use" according to his letter of authenticity. Ball marks and stitch impressions are present on all angles of the barrel from Pops connecting. A few white leather scuffs also appear. Light pine tar lines the handle. "8" is written on the knob in fading black marker. Uncracked.
