1976 Gary Carter Game Used Bicentennial Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9.5 from The Gary Carter Collection. Out of all the bats from Gary Carter's personal collection, this Louisville Slugger model P89 bicentennial bat shows the best use. A special bicentennial mark is placed on the barrel which dates it. The handle suffered a crack along the way. Heavy pine tar and 8" of athletic tape appear on the handle. Ball marks are featured on the left and back barrel from repeated contact. Checking is also visible. "8" (circled) is written on the knob. Letter of provenance from Sandy Carter. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.5.
