    Description

1975 George Brett Game Used Signed Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9.5. Most of the George Brett bats are from the 1980's or early '90's - when his popularity had soared. Brett's 1970's game-used bats are a valued commodity in the industry. This Hillerich & Bradsby model T85 bat (34.5" and 30.8 ounces) saw action the first year Brett topped the .300 mark as a hitter - we salute you Charley Lau as well. The walloping stick shows great use characteristics with numerous ball marks, stitch impressions and slight checking on the back barrel from hitting the ball continuously. Red and blue bat rack streaks decorate the sides and light pine tar application appears on the handle - which sports a small crack. A red peace sign is painted on the knob which also has the model number punched in. Brett offers his personal authentication with a signature and all-important inscription on the barrel: "My 1975 gamer 195 hits 11 HRs 39 RBI's". Overall, one of the finest early career Brett gamers we have had the pleasure of offering our extensive client base. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.5. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Full LOA from SGC Authentic.
