1975-77 Joe Torre Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9. Long before his tenure as the Yankees loveable skipper, Joe Torre was a nine-time All-Star, Gold Glove recipient and 1971 N.L. MVP. The bat on offer here dates from the twilight of his eighteen-year career which he closed out with the N.Y. Mets.

This Adirondack Big Stick is a model 129A measuring 35" in length and weighing 35.6 ounces. Torre's number in vintage black marker ("9") and the ounces ("35") are marked in vintage black marker and pencil, respectively, on the no-knob style end. The bat is uncracked and shows finish flaking and fine game wear with bat and rack marks, checking and pine tar residue all evident. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.
