    Description

1974 Willie Stargell Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9. Pops remains one of the most beloved superstars ever to wear the bumblebee cap, a genuine icon to the baseball fans of Pittsburgh. Presented is a signature model Hillerich & Bradsby K44 bat (35.6" and 38.2 ounces) from the year he finished with his highest batting average (.301) of his Hall of Fame career. The slugging great also smacked twenty-five homers and drove in ninety-six runs. The hefty club shows outstanding use characteristics with multiple ball marks, stitch impressions and checking on the back barrel. Simply put, Stargell didn't get cheated when he used this bat. "K44" and faint remnants of "VIII" appear on the knob of the slightly cracked bat. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.
