    Description

1973-75 Ted Kluszewski Post-Career Bat from The Gary Carter Collection. The original "Big Red Machine," Ted Kluszewski had 15" biceps which prompted him to cut off the sleeves of his jerseys in one of the game's greatest fashion statements. His bat on offer here hails from his days as the Reds hitting instructor during the 1970's when they were tearing up the National League. Uncracked Louisville Slugger "U1" model bat is 35" long and weighs 35.9 ounces. Letter of provenance from Sandy Carter.
