Description

1970-72 Graig Nettles Cleveland Indians Game Used Bat. Offered is a 35" Louisville Slugger Genuine Graig Nettles S2 model bat. The lumber exhibits excellent usage with heavy tarring on the upper handle and ball and bat rack marks throughout the barrel. Please note that there is a 3" section of tape on the lower-to-mid handle that may obscure a hairline fracture. Knob is blank while the endcap features a number "12" written in black marker - which along with the stamping dates the bat to Nettles' three-year run in Cleveland (1970 to 1972). Letter of Provenance from Kansas City Royals Batboy.
