    Description

1965-68 Frank Robinson Game Used Bat. Though Robinson's residence at Cooperstown and the 500 Home Run Clubhouse is enough to assure immortality, he joins another Robinson in racial pioneering as the first African-American to take the managerial reins of a Major League club. The potential production range of this playing-days bat spans his transition from the Reds to the Orioles, which allowed him to become the only player to win an MVP Award for each League. The signature model Hillerich & Bradsby R161 is uncracked and exhibits excellent use, with ball and stitch marks coating the barrel. Green bat racks marks streak the surface, and a 10/10 blue sharpie signature adorns the barrel. Length and weight of thirty-five inches and ounces respectively matches factory records perfectly, resulting in a GU 7.5 rating from PSA/DNA. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 7.5. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA (autograph). Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication (autograph).
