Description

1965-68 Carl Yastrzemski Game Used Bat. Among the most desirable of all Yaz bats on the market today, this signature model Hillerich & Bradsby W215 dates to the exact era of the Sox superstar's glorious 1967 Triple Crown season, with excellent use that may derive directly from that storied campaign. The absolutely pounded barrel is coated with ball and stitch marks, with grain separation resulting from the trauma. Green streaks on the barrel match the Fenway bat rack. The retired number "8" is applied in marker to the knob end, and thirty-five inches of length and thirty-one and a half ounces of weight are proper for Yaz' specs. A solid specimen garnering a grade of GU7. LOA from Taube & Malta.
