1964 Frank Robinson Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9. More big power numbers from the developing Hall of Famer and 500 Home Run Club member in 1964, with twenty-nine long balls and ninety-six runs driven in, stats that helped earn a fourth-place finish in National League MVP voting. Outstanding use from that successful campaign is evident in the punished grain of the signature model Hillerich & Bradsby R143, with multiple ball marks, stitch impressions, bat rack streaks and a repaired handle crack. Heavy pine tar on lower handle. The thirty-five inches of length and thirty-four ounces of weight allows definitive 1964 attribution for this model. Black sharpie signature on barrel is 10/10. A marvelous representation, well deserving of its impressive grade. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA (autograph).
