1963 Al Kaline Game Issued All-Star Bat, PSA/DNA Authentic. The Tigers great finished second in American League MVP balloting to Yankees catcher Elston Howard this season, one of three campaigns in which he'd flip the third digit on the RBI odometer. Kaline would play in the 1963 All-Star Game in Cleveland but not with this bat, which was shipped to him for the event but never saw action. Pristine signature model Hillerich & Bradsby P72L measures thirty-four and a half inches (34.5") in length and tips the scales at thirty-two ounces (31.7 oz.). We've always loved these "event bats" issued for the All-Star Game and the World Series, and those connected to a Hall of Fame legend obviously carry even greater appeal. LOA from PSA/DNA, Authentic.
