1958 Eddie Mathews Game Used & Signed Bat, PSA/DNA GU 7.5. Though Mathews incorrectly identifies this signature model Hillerich & Bradsby S2 as a rookie model in his bold black sharpie inscription, in point of fact it is actually a National League Championship specimen, a battle-scarred veteran of the most successful period in Milwaukee Braves history.

Outstanding game use is seen in the form of multiple ball marks, stitch impressions and swollen grain, yet the handle remains miraculously uncracked. Length of thirty-five inches (35") and weight of thirty-three ounces (32.9 oz.) perfectly match factory ordering records for the man of whom Ty Cobb once said, "I've only known three or four perfect swings in my time. This lad has one of them." LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 7.5. Full LOA from PSA/DNA (autograph).
